Posted below are some pictures of the third test run on the grilled hot wings. The color was good, the taste was excellent, all around good showing, except...

I'm not going to be able to use tongs to turn them, if you will notice the skin is broken on a few. I can't have that, presentation and appearance, as well as taste is everything. But, this minor little flaw can be worked out.

I also changed the hot wing sauce mix...just a tad.

Yes...Julie approved this change, we both think this will work better.

And no...I can't tell you what I did.
