I've done a few test runs on the bbq sauce and all of the tests have come out well.
I'm excited about that because I think I have a very good product as the rub and the bbq sauce has become known and I've had very good feed back from both.
Now, it's time for me to step up to the next level and produce some great barbecue.
This is what I live for...
To produce great barbecue, you must be willing to work for the art and love to put your heart and soul into it. These are the things that must be learned and at the same time, come natural to you.
Perfection takes time...
Love is forever...
Perfection and the love of cooking great barbecue takes time and skill.
I can smell the smoke already...
