The beef short ribs turned out great. I did them on the Weber for a little over an hour.
They were killer...
Next time, I need to do just a little bit of a clean up. (trimming up the outside fat to even it up)
These will be a great little snack or a main coarse when I get them right...

I've got to give a shout out to my girls (Vicky & Tracy) sorry I haven't done that in a while...but they know (I hope) I'm thinking about them all of the time.
These two lovely ladies are always on my mind and a part of my heart.
