Maybe now, things will get back to normal...
I plan on doing some cooking this week and this weekend. I found a nice choice brisket that I need to cook and may do some shoulders for pulled pork this weekend.
But first up on the menu...will be chicken.
Julie, has to have her bird...after a week of eating seafood.
