
Did the smoked meatloaf...
And it turned out killer.




Recipe:
2 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
Diced onions
Diced green bell peppers
Half a tube of crushed Ritz crackers
Two whole eggs
My rub
My sauce
Cooked for 1 hour on the Weber with pecan wood smoke.
Now this ain't the prettiest meatloaf ever made, but it turned out dang good.
Oh yeah babe...
I will do that again.
