I sent some of my bbq rub to WhiteTrashBBQ in New York, Brooklyn actually, for his review and 2 cents. Why did I do this?
He is a fellow Q'er and I wanted his opinion.
I have road tested this rub to great extremes and it has had great reviews. But I have to have one last road test...
Why?
To boost my ego?
To say that I'm the best?
To say I told you so?
No...I don't doubt my skills at all when it comes to cooking.
I just have to be sure...And Trash, will give me an honest opinion.
Barbecue is an art, anything you do will reflect that...
I know my art is good, but asking never hurts anybody.
