I have never had white sauce, but I have heard that it is very good.
We'll have to check it out and see.
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons white wine Worcestershire Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl mixing well.
Use to marinate chicken or pork before grilling.
After marinating, bring the sauce to a boil for a min. or two.
Use for basting during cooking.
