Bayou Shrimp

This recipe comes from Willard, who was kind enough to send me many, many recipes from his collection.


I have posted some of them.

But not anywhere near everything he sent me.

So try this one some time if you love shrimp like I do.

Bayou Shrimp


1/4 Cup Margarine
1 med. Onion-chopped
1/2 medium Bell pepper-chopped
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
1-6 oz. Roll of Jalapeno cheese
1-6 oz. Roll of Garlic cheese
4 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 tsp. Red pepper
1/4 tsp. Celery salt
2 Cups Cooked shrimp
8 oz. pkg. Broad egg noodles, cooked
1 Tbs. Parsley-chopped

In a skillet sauté Onion and Bell pepper.

Add soups and cheeses and stir until blended on medium low heat.

Add seasonings and shrimp to mixture, and then add noodles and heat thorough.

Ready to serve.
